As a qualified biologist, medical writer and expert in clinical research and drug safety, I have been working on medical and scientific topics for over 15 years.

After the birth of my first two daughters and training as a lactation consultant at the EISL (European Institute for Breastfeeding and Lactation) in 2019, I founded Bergstrampler to accompany and support expectant and young parents on their journey.

To ensure comprehensive support, I completed numerous further training courses after the birth of my third daughter in 2022.  Since then, I have been a certified specialist in baby-friendly complementary foods, a course leader in mindful infant care and a parent-child course leader (QEKK).

Thanks to my in-depth basic knowledge of biology and medicine, I can accompany you competently and holistically. In order to meet this requirement at all times, I regularly take part in further training and maintain a large network.
